Hello, Jay. One of the reasons exploit walkthroughs exists is so that others can reproduce the steps and maybe try to find if they themselves are actually vulnerable.

Also, if blue teamers/developers don't understand how exploits work, they can't proactively detect exploitation attempts by threats actors.

Releasing walkthroughs also allows developers to create temporary patches while waiting for official patches to be released.
